Andrew Garbarino after the Bayport Republican voted in favor of a $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill pushed hard by Democratic President Joe Biden and Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Many Garbarino constituents, who participated in the red wave that defeated a slew of Long Island Democrat candidates and incumbents on Tuesday, were outraged by their congressman's vote three days later.
